Initial Assessment

The first step of our approach is to set up an initial assessment to gain a better understanding of the needs and situation of your loved one. By providing us any information regarding health conditions, medication reminders, physical capabilities, behaviors, etc., will help our agency match your loved one with the best caregiver available to assist you.

Selecting The Right Care Giver

After our initial assessment, our team will review our database for certified personal attendants and cross-check their experience and skillsets with the information acquired in the assessment regarding your loved one. Once narrowed down to top candidates, you will be given the option to review their profiles.

Review & Placement

Once we receive feedback from you on which candidate you want to proceed with, we will set up a meet and greet. This will allow you and your loved one to get familiar with your new caregiver and start building the trust and relationship needed for the transition to be smooth and comfortable.
